Sharp Metal is a leading company in a network of firms that operate in the same industry, but where each one is independent and specialised in a single stage of the production chain.
This integrated network allows us to make high-quality inserts from RTP (rapid transfer port) raw materials, which enter the transformation process thanks to machinery for peripheral grinding operations and machining of cutting edges. Once the desired inserts have been created, they are then coated using PVD and CVD technologies. Lastly, the finished products are transferred to our network’s accredited test centre, which assesses them to ensure their optimal outcome.
