Sharp Metal’s history is a fascinating blend of experience and innovation that is reflected every day in the products we supply to our customers.
The company was set up in 2013 with a specific and ambitious goal in mind: to breathe life back into Italy’s only producer of carbide inserts for chip removal.
A mixture of two key ingredients helped us accomplish this goal: on the one hand, the experience and expertise acquired over 80 years by the previous activity and built on in Italy and around the world; and on the other, the inclusion of new resources and significant investment in technologically advanced machinery.
