The collaboration between our technical department and European users of inserts has been fruitful not only in helping us understand users’ actual needs, but also in selecting the materials to be machined.

Since every material has different characteristics and therefore meets certain needs, our company has created inserts with specific grades. Selecting the coating

A further important choice to be made when creating the most suitable insert for every need is that of the coating. We collaborated with our suppliers to achieve optimal results.

Thanks to our suppliers’ state-of-the-art PVD and CVD coating technologies, combined with our experience in the industry, we selected the ideal coatings to be used, taking into account the hardness of the materials being machined.
